Acceptable Use Policy

KISAES, LLC, doing business as OwnerTrack ("OwnerTrack", "we", "us"). Effective date: November 16, 2026. This policy replaces the version dated September 29, 2026.

This policy describes what you may and may not do with the OwnerTrack.Loan website, the application at my.ownertrack.loan, the borrower portal and related services (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to lenders, to borrowers using the portal, and to anyone else who accesses the Service.

In short: use OwnerTrack to service loans you are entitled to service, enter only information you have the right to use, treat borrowers lawfully, and don't try to get around the limits that protect other users' data and the Service itself.

1. Lawful loan servicing only

The Service exists for servicing real loans. You may use it only for loans you own, hold, or are authorized to service, and only in ways that comply with the laws that apply to you, including consumer-lending, debt-collection, fair-lending, privacy, data-security and tax laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing which laws apply to your loans; OwnerTrack does not verify that a loan, a rate, a fee or a notice is lawful.

You may not use the Service:

• to service loans that are unlawful, usurious, or that you have no right to service;

• to charge or record fees, interest or penalties that your note or the law does not permit, including payment-processing fees passed on to a borrower where the note or the law does not allow them;

• to send borrowers false, misleading, threatening or harassing statements, notices or messages, or to contact them in ways the law prohibits;

• to misrepresent who you are, who the lender is, or the status of a loan;

• for money laundering, fraud, sanctions violations, or any other unlawful purpose.

2. Information you enter

• Enter only information you have the right to use and share, and keep it accurate. Borrower details such as names, contact information, dates of birth and Social Security digits are the borrower's personal information; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter them and for giving borrowers any privacy notice the law requires.

• Do not enter information about people who are not parties to a loan you service.

• Do not use the Service to store data unrelated to loan servicing.

• Do not enter full Social Security numbers or other full government ID numbers (except in a field the Service specifically designates for that purpose), payment-card numbers, bank account or routing numbers, online-banking credentials, passwords for other services, or health information, in any field, including free-text notes and messages.

• Do not upload files or paste content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malicious code.

3. Accounts and access

• One account per person or business. Do not share credentials, sell or transfer an account, or let anyone use your account who is not authorized to act for your business.

• Do not attempt to sign in to an account that is not yours, guess or reuse another user's credentials, or use a borrower portal link or PIN that was not issued to you.

• Do not impersonate OwnerTrack, our staff, a lender, or a borrower.

• Borrowers may use the portal only to view their own loan and communicate with their own lender.

4. Protecting the Service and other users

Every lender's data is isolated from every other lender's. You may not:

• attempt to view, access, alter or delete data belonging to another lender or borrower, or test whether you can;

• probe, scan, or test the Service or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, quotas or other protective measures;

• interfere with the Service's operation, including by sending excessive requests, deliberately triggering errors, or introducing malware;

• use scripts, bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, extract data, or submit requests, except through export features we provide or with our written permission;

• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, mirror or resell the Service, or remove proprietary notices;

• use the Service to build a competing product, or to benchmark it for publication without our consent.

Reporting security issues. If you discover a security weakness, email info@kisaes.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it to anyone else. Do not access more data than needed to demonstrate the issue, and do not view, change or keep other users' data. We will not take legal action against good-faith reports made this way.

5. Messaging

The Service can send email and SMS to borrowers on your behalf. Use these features only for transactional messages about the loans you service. In particular:

• Enable SMS for a borrower only after the borrower has given you consent to receive text messages about their loan, and keep a record of that consent.

• Do not send marketing or promotional messages, or any message to someone who has opted out. Honor STOP requests; the Service will stop SMS to a number that replies STOP.

• Do not send messages containing content prohibited by mobile carriers, such as content related to illegal products, hate speech, or deceptive debt-relief offers.

• Comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act where it applies, and equivalent state laws, including limits on the time of day you may contact borrowers.

• Do not use the messaging features to contact anyone other than the borrowers on your loans.

6. The AI assistant

The assistant answers questions about how the Service works and about your own loans. Use it for that purpose only. You may not:

• use it for tasks unrelated to servicing your loans in OwnerTrack, or as a general-purpose chatbot;

• attempt to make it reveal its instructions, its underlying documentation in bulk, or any data about other users;

• submit content designed to manipulate its answers, cause it to produce harmful or misleading output, or impersonate OwnerTrack support;

• paste borrower contact details, full Social Security numbers, or other Restricted Data (as described in Section 2) into your questions;

• query it with automated tools, share access to it, or attempt to exceed the daily limits;

• present its answers to borrowers or others as statements or commitments by OwnerTrack.

Answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check any figure before relying on it.

7. Fair use of resources

The Service is designed for lenders with a small to moderate number of loans. Rate limits and daily quotas apply to sign-in attempts, exports, messages, and the assistant. Usage that is far outside normal servicing activity, that degrades the Service for others, or that appears automated may be throttled or suspended. If you have a legitimate need for higher limits, contact us.

8. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected violations, security issues, or abuse to info@kisaes.com. We investigate reports and may, at our discretion and without liability to you: remove content, throttle or suspend features (including SMS), suspend or terminate accounts, notify affected users, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical we will notify you of a suspected violation and give you an opportunity to correct it. Termination for a violation is handled as described in the Terms of Service, including the export window where the law allows one.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service and the law change. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect.
